James Turner

James Turner is the founder of CISO Lens, an independent peer community for chief information security officers and senior security leaders from more than 120 organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2015, CISO Lens has helped its members share strategic information and collaborate across industries and borders, including through the CISO Lens Benchmark report. A cyber security industry analyst since 2005, James spent 11 years as an advisor at IBRS, where he remains an Emeritus Advisor. He writes opinion pieces on national cyber security issues for the Australian Financial Review
