Mary-Catherine is Aon’s Head of Construction, Australia, with more than 20 years’ experience across the insurance sector. She leads Aon’s national construction proposition, bringing together specialist expertise across client service, placement and claims to support complex client requirements and major project outcomes.
Prior to this role, Mary-Catherine led Specialty Placement for Aon, advising clients on complex risk and insurance solutions across Directors and Officers Liability, Design and Construct Professional Indemnity, and major project advisory.
Mary-Catherine brings deep executive-level insight into the Australian and London insurance markets and maintains strong connectivity with Aon’s Global Broking Centre. As Australia’s representative on Aon’s Global Construction Practice Group, she draws on global market intelligence, technical expertise and emerging innovation to deliver strategic value for clients.
Mary-Catherine has advised principals and contractors across a diverse portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects, including data centres, rail, roads, tunnels, processing plants, residential developments, industrial facilities and renewable energy projects. Her experience spans a range of delivery and contracting models, including design and construct, alliances and public-private partnerships.
