With over 15 years’ experience in mission-critical environments, Michael specialises in taking data centres from design and construction through to live operations, ensuring sites launch with strong operational discipline, trained teams, and robust risk and incident management frameworks.
He is known for building scalable readiness programs and embedding consistent operating models across multiple countries, working closely with engineering, construction, and executive teams to align long-term reliability, uptime, and customer expectations.
Michael brings deep technical expertise across critical infrastructure, including power, cooling, and building management systems, combined with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement at scale
