A major expansion of NEXTDC’s M2 data centre is underway in Melbourne. 🇦🇺
The Tullamarine campus is designed for 120MW+ of total capacity.
NEXTDC says a further 60MW of high-density liquid-to-chip capacity is now being added at M2.
The site is already operational, with 12MW of new capacity delivered in FY26.
Major works are now visible across the existing M2 campus along Sharps Road.
The expansion forms part of NEXTDC’s wider build-out across Victoria, with M3 in West Footscray planned at 225MW.
