The development will comprise multi-storey technical buildings and data halls, supported by 216 backup generators, 86 water-cooled chillers and 172 hybrid dry-coolers. Power is supplied via a dedicated 132kV connection.

MIDDLE RENDERING: Zerra DC has filed plans for one of Australia’s largest ever proposed data centre campuses, a huge $31bn, 1.44GW mega-campus at the Western Downs Digital Park in Queensland.
Plans include four AI ready data centres, with around 36,000 sqm of data centre floor space in each building.

BOTTOM RENDERING: CDC’s Marsden Park campus in Sydney is set to become one of the largest data centre campuses in the Southern Hemisphere, with more than 504 MW of planned capacity and scalability towards one gigawatt.
It will feature up to 144 individual data halls set across six, four-storey data centre buildings, each housing up to 24 data halls.
A 720 MVA substation will connect directly to the high-voltage transmission grid to support highly reliable power.
