Edward Talbot is a Managing Director at AGC Equity Partners, where he leads the firm's investment activity in digital infrastructure and data centres. An Australian national, Edward has been an active investor in the sector for more than a decade across the US and European markets, taking transactions through the full lifecycle from origination and structuring through execution, governance and exit.
Over that period, the platforms he has helped build have assembled and are developing more than 2GW of powered land, including a 1GW hyperscale campus currently progressing in Northern Virginia, the world's largest data centre market. Most recently, Edward led AGC's investment into Atmosphere Data Centers in the United States, where he serves on the board and works closely with management on capital formation, large-scale campus development, and power strategy for AI and hyperscale workloads.
His work sits at the intersection of institutional capital, development execution, energy procurement and community engagement — themes that are increasingly central to the next phase of digital infrastructure growth.
